By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an enrollment form, purchasing a program or using any Mathelots service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Related Policies
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy .
Eligibility and Minors
Mathelots programs may be designed for learners of different ages, academic levels and mathematical abilities. Eligibility requirements, prerequisites and recommended experience may vary between programs.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable program description and confirming that the program is suitable before completing enrollment.
Learners Under the Age of Majority
Where a learner is below the legal age required to enter into a contract, enrollment and acceptance of these Terms must be completed or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or guardian who registers a learner confirms that they have the authority to act on the learner’s behalf and accepts responsibility for the learner’s compliance with these Terms.
User Accounts
Certain Mathelots services may require you to create or activate a learner account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information where necessary.
- Account access is intended only for the registered learner or authorised account holder.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorised activity results directly from a failure of Mathelots systems.
- You must promptly notify Mathelots if you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission.
- Mathelots may require identity, enrollment or payment verification before providing or restoring access.
Programs and Educational Services
Mathelots may provide live courses, asynchronous programs, recorded lessons, one-to-one mentorship, seminars, problem sets, worksheets, competitions, assessments, books, video courses and other educational resources.
The structure, duration, instructor, schedule, learning format, included resources, access period and prerequisites of each program will be described on the applicable program page or communicated during enrollment.
Program Changes
Mathelots may make reasonable changes to lesson schedules, instructors, teaching platforms, course sequencing, resources or delivery methods where necessary for educational, operational or technical reasons.
Where a material change affects an enrolled learner, Mathelots will take reasonable steps to provide notice and an appropriate alternative where possible.
Learning Outcomes
Mathelots provides educational guidance, resources and mentorship but does not guarantee any specific examination result, competition ranking, medal, qualification, admission outcome or academic performance.
Results depend on several factors, including the learner’s effort, attendance, preparation, prior knowledge, practice and individual circumstances.
Fees, Payments and Taxes
Program fees will be displayed on the relevant program page, registration form, invoice or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated, payment must be completed before access to a paid program is provided.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
- Payments may be processed through independent payment providers or bank-transfer services.
- Available payment methods and currencies may vary according to the learner’s country and the selected program.
- You are responsible for transaction charges, bank fees, currency-conversion costs or taxes that are not expressly included in the displayed price.
- Enrollment is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Mathelots may cancel or suspend access where a payment is reversed, disputed, fraudulent or incomplete.
Instalment Payments
Where an instalment plan is offered, the complete payment schedule forms part of the enrollment agreement. Failure to make an instalment when due may result in restricted or suspended access until the outstanding payment is resolved.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the type of program, access already provided, course start date, resources downloaded or viewed and the timing of the request.
All requests will be handled according to the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy .
Review Before Purchasing
You should review the program description, schedule, prerequisites, delivery format and refund conditions before completing payment.
Cancellation by Mathelots
If Mathelots cancels a paid program and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, eligible learners may receive a refund or credit for the affected portion of the service.
Mathelots will not be responsible for costs paid separately to third parties, including travel, accommodation, equipment, internet services or foreign-exchange charges.
Program Access and Learning Materials
Access to a Mathelots program is personal, limited, non-transferable and provided only for the duration and purpose stated during enrollment.
- Course access may begin immediately or on a scheduled start date.
- Recorded content may be available only for a specified access period.
- Access may expire automatically when the program or permitted viewing period ends.
- Learners may not transfer, resell or share program access.
- Downloadable resources may be used only for the registered learner’s personal educational use.
- Mathelots may use third-party learning, video, communication or meeting platforms to deliver services.
Live Classes and Recordings
Learners are responsible for joining scheduled sessions at the correct time and ensuring that they have a suitable device, stable internet connection and compatible software.
Recording availability varies between programs. A missed class does not automatically create a right to a replacement session, personal make-up class, extension or refund unless this is expressly included in the program.

Learners, parents and other users must engage with Mathelots instructors, mentors, staff and community members respectfully and lawfully.
No Account Sharing
Do not share login details, class links or paid access with unauthorised persons.

Unless otherwise stated, the Mathelots website, brand, curriculum, videos, lessons, notes, books, diagrams, illustrations, worksheets, assignments, problem sets, solutions, assessments and other materials are owned by or licensed to Mathelots.

Mathelots will not publicly use a learner’s name, image, identifiable work or testimonial for promotional purposes without appropriate permission where such permission is required.
Third-Party Services
Mathelots may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, video platforms, learning management systems, meeting applications, communication tools and social media services.
Independent third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and technical requirements. Mathelots is not responsible for content, availability, privacy practices or service interruptions controlled solely by those third parties.

Events Outside Reasonable Control
Mathelots will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, public emergencies, internet failures, power outages, cyber incidents, labour disruptions, platform outages or illness affecting an instructor.
Where possible, Mathelots may reschedule affected sessions, provide alternative delivery arrangements, substitute an instructor or extend access.

Mathelots may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, operating practices or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Mathelots services after an update means that the updated Terms will apply from their effective date.
